[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new PC - It is fast and easy to use. We have a 1TB M2 SSD with it and 8GB Ram. Great speaker sound!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Anybody looking to purchase a vr-ready gaming pc without spending a ton of money should look into HP. They offered an unbeatable price and the performance is stellar. After looking around, this was the best option.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product on Feb 5th and while it took 30 days to get here, it was well worth the wait. This bad boy is extremely fast, and can play any game on high settings easily. I get approximately 142 fps on average in rust at medium settings. Definitely recommend besides the incredibly long shipping time. The only downside to purchasing through this is that they ship through FedEx.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are multiple months (years?) of questions about how to stop the huge LED diamond on the front of the case from pulsing when the computer is on sleep mode. The only answers are to turn your computer off every night, leave it all the way on, or put a sticker over the light. Not even the built-in control center can turn this off. Otherwise great, just think twice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered it last month and delivery is on time. The desktop case looks cool. This gaming computer is really fast and it ran smoothly on the very demanding MS flight simulator 2020 game and all other games. I am happy with the purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe the more specific issue with this machine is insufficient heatsinks and airflow on the RTX 3090 videocard RAM.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming into this, I thought the omen was a great deal considering the price, the upgradability is so poor it’s ridiculous. Can’t add your own ram and get full speeds using the omen gaming hub. You have to specifically buy the ram hp offers or else you will get default speeds. You need to manually overclock your ram and hope the profile doesn’t revert. Their self cpu overclock program made my cpu unstable and I had to manually fix that too. Cooling is minimal on the all their cases. The Bios is terrible. There’s barely anything useful to configure yourself. The bios is also completely locked, so you get what you see. Overall had I known all of this I would’ve just built my own pc and settle for a lesser graphics card. The prebuilt could have been so great.
