Received as a gift to replace an older toaster. I haven't been able to find the perfect settings yet. Tried toast, mcmuffis, and frozen strudels. Not bad, just have to toast some twice because I didn't select the right setting.

Toasts two slices okay, but toasts one slice unevenly. At setting 4 (medium) one side of the slice toasted okay, but the other side was too dark and blackened in spots. Filed a warranty claim and received a replacement toaster with the same problem. Decided to buy another brand that has a setting for toasting one slice evenly.
