Looks nice but hard to push lever down. Wheel that controls doneness has quite a bit of play so hard to adjust accurately.

I’d give this toaster a higher rating because it’s a great toaster for toast. Unfortunately, the bagel setting does not change the toaster function at all—same level of toasting on both sides of the bagel as on regular toast.
