The product footprint doesn’t take up much space in counter and works well. Only issue is that we can’t toast our favorite bread in one operation. The slots are too short. If one is only toasting standard sliced bread that is near square, would work well. Artisanal sourdough boule for example would need to be cut in two pieces or toasted twice alternating ends down in the toaster.
