Works good. We like darker toast and 4 on the dial works good. Not too light, not too dark. Love the cancel button. Loves both sides move in to hold bread, not just one.

Worst toaster I have ever had, toasts on one side of the bread nicely and the other side of the bread just warmed bread. Have tried both slots with different settings and same result. Will not be using this brand again.

It’s simple to use it does what it’s supposed to do in the settings change the color of your toast from light to dark and the slots are wide enough for bagels

This is a nice looking toaster, the only problem being it only toasts on one side of a slice of bread. You have turn the slice around to get the other side toasted by inserting the slice back into the toaster. For the higher price we paid for this toaster, it is a little disappointing.
