This unit browns the bread on one side and barely toasts it on the other side. We purposely purchased other Cuisinart products and are very happy with them. This toaster is the worst Cuisinart product that we've ever had.

This toaster is sleek and simple. It works well and I especially appreciate and enjoy the Bagel setting. It’s a great value for the price.
