I like this toaster because the bread crumbs do not accumulate on the top of the toaster which is smooth. I wish the red buttons were a little easier to read since we do use "Bagel" and "Cancel" and "Defrost" frequently. This toaster is well made and I wish the little arrow that indicates the dial settings (1, 2, 3, 4, etc) was more vivid. All in all we are pleased with Cuisinart appliances and we have many of them.

Spent more time buying a toaster than I did buying my car. After buying three different brand name toasters (and returning them), chanced buying your product...and guess what, it works!!! It toasts on BOTH sides, unlike the others. Two sided toast...what a novel idea!!!!
