It has been several weeks since I bought this toaster and I am wondering why it took me so long to decide to pay a little extra for a really good toaster. I had been putting up with a lousy toaster bought from the supermarket. Had to toast bread twice at the highest setting to get the kind of crunchy toast that I like. I love it. It is a beautiful appliance and it delivers.

I purchased this about a month ago. This is a nice toaster. However, I find to get lightly browned toast I have the dial up to 6 of 7, which is why I give it a 3 instead of a 4. No need to worry about burning anything!

We've had for about a month. It does not toast evenly. Toast on one side and not the other. We have to turn up on the highest setting to toast our bread.
