A great toaster for the price. Not all the bells and whistles but all the bells and whistles you’ll ever need. Unless you want a toaster that butters the toast, too. Light weight. Pure white. Sometimes I drink a cocktail and allow the toaster to seduce me with its warmth to the point where I feel like being naughty. Slathering the evenly toasted bread with adulterated butter. Don’t tell my wife.

Looks nice, operates better than other brands; however, very disappointed with the toasting. It is uneven. No matter which side of the toaster I use, one side of bread is dark brown while the other side is still mostly white.

Nice little toaster. Works as described. Only cons are cord could be longer and slots could be wider to accommodate thick bagels. Otherwise I'd give it five stars.

Great size, easy to use, purchased to replace a 2 slice Cuisinart that toasted its last slice but the dial? It spins and spins and I’m still not confident my bread will be toasted correctly-just right AKA Baby Bear. I don’t like it too dark nor do I want it barely toasted. The selection dial seems to freely spin making me wonder if it’s attached at all. I did some dummy testing with white bread hot dog buns-I never eat white bread. I was getting varying shades of barely toasted to carbon. Too much trial and error involved & just hoping I don’t burn my multigrain or sourdough.

Wish i could not give any stars. I purchased this toaster at the end of November 2025 and still can't get my toast or bagel right, they are either under cooked or burnt. i have just slightly moved the dial and it still under cooks the toast and the bagel button is the same. regret purchasing this toaster, the one it replaced also a Cuisinart worked so much better.

Browning can vary based on bread thickness and moisture, so we recommend starting at a mid-range setting and adjusting slightly between cycles, while allowing the toaster to cool briefly between uses for more consistent results. I bought this toaster about a month ago and happy that I did. There is a learning curve. One must learn what settimgs work for different brands of bread. I come out with perfect slices of toast. I get great bagels, I keep running to the store for more as they turn out so yummy. It took me 4 times to figure out the perfect setting for English muffins. Greatest asset of all is the toaster is white and the letters and numbers are black. I never have to get the flashlight to make sure I have the shade selector on the number I want it on. Thank you Cuisinart for a great toaster.
