Bought to replace a toaster that I had for a long time. Wanted one with wide (bagel wide/hamburger bun wide)and this was it. Does a very good job. Like the cancel button . And the crumb tray is easy to empty

The heating units do not toast equally. One side toasts much lighter than the other in same slot. Disappointed!

This toaster looks good and toasts very evenly. It's a little slow which is probably the tradeoff for even toasting, which would be my choice. Also, the slots are long enough for wide bread slices!!! I'm sure others will catch up someday. I bought this online because no stores in my area had one.

Bought this about a month ago and I am extremely happy with. This is the best toaster I have ever owned! Such great features and up to date. You figure there is not much to update a toaster but there is! The defrost mode has s@ved many a blackened piece of toast from happening. I love it.
