I bought this as a replacement for another brand. I needed a dependable wide slot toaster. ( I really wish they slots where a touch wider) but the Bagel and Frozen options are top notch. Love this brand.

I purchased the 2 slice toaster for our RV after being very satisfied with my four slice Cuisinart toaster that I have for my home, however, I am not satisfied with the 2 slice toaster. The heating element does not toast evenly and I have to toast most items twice on the highest setting. I did contact Cuisinart customer service.

A lot faster a than our old 4 slice toaster. Toaster browns evenly in all modes. I will never buy or own for that matter another 4 slice toaster.

There are two features that I love! One is the defrost setting in case I forget to get the bread out of the freezer. The other is the crumb tray - easy to use, just slide it out and empty it. A very nice simple toaster.
