Easy to use with clear lettering. The toasting is even with various settings. Its lightness makes the toaster seem flimsy, but it does get the job done.

It toasts BOTH sides on bagel setting :-( I wanted to return it but hubby likes the way it does his toast. I will just continue to toast my bagels in the toaster oven -- even though i bought this specifically for my bagels *pout*

Works great for bangles and muffins. For making a single slice of toast, you have to insert the slice in the rear slot and push the down handle. When completed, you have to move the slice of bead to the front slot and pull down and press the reheat button. It then makes a perfect slice of toast @ a 2 setting.
