first off-- the plug comes out of the front of the toaster instead of the back, second the setting for bagels is totally useless, it should only heat the inside not both sides...

Still have not figured out the correct setting to do different types of breads and bagels. There is a bagel button but when I use it to toast a bagel it seems not to make a difference. Also it appears that some of the heating elements are starting to lose there intensity as they appear not to be heating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The lever that lowers the toast wouldn’t lock down after less than 1 month of use. The cuisine art company wouldn’t honor their warranty due to purchasing on 3rd party seller. Even though it was new.

It’s compact and looks good but sometimes the lever doesn’t always stay down to start toasting and will pop up once or twice before the lever catches which is annoying.

This toaster is sleek but lightweight. Seems to toast only on one side at a time and can burn quickly, having no light to indicate length of toasting. I have found it needs babysitting and a flip of the bread to be acceptable.
