Wow our third Cuisinart product purchase this year. Couldn't be happier with both the form & function. The many toasting selections work great. Along with it's great looks which match both the can opener and coffee maker/hot water dispenser purchased earlier and the kitchen now hums along like a fine eating establishment! Bravo Cuisinart Bravo!

Still have not figured out the correct setting to do different types of breads and bagels. There is a bagel button but when I use it to toast a bagel it seems not to make a difference. Also it appears that some of the heating elements are starting to lose there intensity as they appear not to be heating.

I've had this for a month and it works very well. Bread (thin and thick sliced) and english muffins all come out well toasted. The 'darkness' selector works well. Still to early to comment on reliability, which has been my problem with toasters in the past.
