It's pretty basic, and once I had to unplug and and plug back in to reset because it just wouldn't work. I haven't had it that long, so doesn't seem like a good sign of things to come.

I was looking for a basic toaster,, nothing fancy, that would last at least a couple years. This toaster was reasonably priced, as well as consistently well-rated so I decided to take a chance.
This toaster has all the basic toaster settings (toast, bagel, defrost, reheat) along with 5 levels of toasting. Each level toasts fairly evenly, although the different settings didn’t seem to vary much from one another. There is an easily accessible crumb tray, a “boost” to push the toasted bread up high enough to not burn fingers, and the sides remain cool to touch. I use this toaster every day and so far I’ve been very pleased with it.
I definitely recommend this appliance to anyone looking for a basic toaster!

Works well except the Bagel mode is a joke. All it does is add a little time for toasting. Hello... I can do that by turning the timer to the selection best for my bagel toasting just like I would do for any item.

This toaster does the job perfectly! I have used it for skinny sliced bread to toasting bagels and all comes out perfectly after adjusting the heat regulator. I’m glad that I purchased it!
