In order to toast evenly, I have to take the toast out half way through and turn it around. Simply put, it doesn’t do what it was created for.

I've never had a toaster with special-purpose buttons. The defrost and bagel ones work very well.
On the negative side, I don't like the cord winding on the bottom of the unit. It is way too awkward to use and even when wound up the cord often leaves the toaster at an odd angle while stored. Even though the manual says to not wind the cord around the toaster I still find that as the most convenient method. I do make sure the toaster has cooled before doing so.

Decent toaster, seems to kinda burn the insides of the toast. If it continues, I'll call customer service to get a replacement. But other than that, I like it.

Bought this on advice of Wirecutter that usually steers me well, but compared to our last Delongi toaster, this one just doesn’t cut it. It feels like really cheap plastic and even on the highest setting, it doesn’t come close to the level of toasting from frozen that our last toaster achieved. Also, the settings are confusing - how is the bagel setting setting different from choosing no setting? Just seems cheap to me.
