Love it. Great design, especially the lift lever to help remove hot toast. I would suggest they make the heating dial click in place as it can move too easily if bumped.

Toasts unevenly and on highest setting you must put English muffins in twice! I bought two other brands of toasters that were even worse! Very unhappy!

new out of the box and this toaster burns one side while the other stays untoasted unless you manually flip the bread every minute, just like my 15 year old oster did when i finally decided to replace it.

A very pretty and sleek looking toaster. But beware, only put the the toasting lever on No more than the number two or you will be eating black toast. Other than that, I love it.
