It is good looking appliance and the price was right, but we are having trouble adjusting the degree of browning. We can’t get a consistent browning even if we use the same setting.

I bought the first one and it never worked. Returned it and replaced with the same one. It worked for less than a week. Cuisinart is usually top of the line. So disappointed

Based on previous Cusinart purchases, I expected excellent performance from this toaster.
Unfortunately the bread comes out toasted less on one side of the bread no matter which slot of the toaster.
