Does not toast bread evenly on both sides . The outside is lighter than the inside .
Probably the burners are not producing equal heat .
They don't make them like they used to . Thought is would be a good brand .

The toaster works well. The bagel setting is confusing. I am used to high heat on the inside face and lower temp on the outside. This toaster increases the toast time and the outside gets pretty toasted. Other that that it is a good inexpensive toaster.
