Works very well. The crumb slide at the bottom works well but should have been deeper. Sometimes large pieces of English muffins get stuck in there and the unit has to be turned upside down to get them out. Defrosting frozen waffels then toasting them works fine. Several settings allows different level of toasting. All work very well

I like the toaster - small, attractive -- but it doesn't toast evenly. It toasts the edges well but not the inner bits. And when I leave it in longer to toast the inner bits, the crust burns!
