Overall it’s a very nice product.
Just a reminder - Before putting the bread make sure the heat dial is in a lower position
This is to avoid burning your bread

Nice and small and compact and toasts perfectly. Only suggestion - make the length of the heater an inch longer to handle larger breads. Otherwise love it.

Out of the box, it toasted unevenly. After a month, it's like half of the heating elements don't even work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Toaster works fine but electrical cord is very stiff and is attached to the front of the toaster instead of the back, therefore in the way of all settings.

Excellent toasting, good choice of toast browning, easy access with ‘pop- up’ lever.
Easy to clean crumbs with pull-out tray at bottom. I love this little toaster!!

The only complaint we have with this toaster is that it does not toast evenly on both sides.

Product looks great. I love the lift option on smaller pieces of bread so you don't jam your fingers in to get it. Only negative I have found was the temperature control is VERY sensitive. I recommend putting it on 2 for toast, and repeating for desired doneness. Great price too. I would buy this product again.
