I choose the toaster mainly because I liked the dimensions of it and I liked the black/silver color. The dial to change the toast selections is a little annoying; I wish it had kept the up/down feature. Lastly, when the toast is done, the pop up noise is a little louder than the previous model that I had. Other than that, i am fine with the toaster.

I like the look of this toaster, and it works pretty quickly, however one side of the toast always comes out perfect and the other side is definitely burned. Overall I've not come to expect much from toasters. I was hoping this one would be different but it's not.

Uneven toasting one side vs the other. Good price, nice design. Ideally, the bagel setting would toast the inner surfaces but not the outer surfaces; this toaster roasts both sides.
