This toaster only toast the outside of the bread. A little disappointed because Cuisinart has great product except for this toaster.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I generally like the toaster. My only complaint is that it toasts half of the bread, bagel, muffin, etc. well, leaving the other half too light, requiring the item to be re-inserted after an 180 degree turn.

Often one side is done and the other…white. Rarely a perfect piece of toast.

Luv this toaster! Compact & modern looking, so simple to use but has a lot of features for the price.

Uneven toasting one side vs the other. Good price, nice design. Ideally, the bagel setting would toast the inner surfaces but not the outer surfaces; this toaster roasts both sides.

I like the look of this toaster, and it works pretty quickly, however one side of the toast always comes out perfect and the other side is definitely burned. Overall I've not come to expect much from toasters. I was hoping this one would be different but it's not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for our trailer. It’s small in size, but it works like a large size. It toasts a bagel perfect. I would recommend this toaster for any size area
