I am not completely happy as the toaster as a habit of toasting one side of the bread more than the other. It should be even on both sides of the bread. Also, I am not sure the heating elements are all working correctly. The toaster is overpriced, and below what I would expect from Cuisinart

Product looks great. I love the lift option on smaller pieces of bread so you don't jam your fingers in to get it. Only negative I have found was the temperature control is VERY sensitive. I recommend putting it on 2 for toast, and repeating for desired doneness. Great price too. I would buy this product again.
