We purchased this three weeks ago. We have made coffee almost every day and use the hot water for tea at night. Nice to have both features in one unit. Coffee stays nice and hot. Tea water is good, I would like a little hotter but my husband likes it as it is. We have big tea mugs so it takes one and half heating time to fill but still faster than heating in the microwave. So all good.

This machine works exactly as it should, and I have had no difficulties or problems with it. I am particularly impressed with the quality of the insulated pot. It keeps the coffee warm for a much longer period of time than I had expected, up to 5 hours in my experience. My only regret is that I don't seem to be able to find a way to purchase a second pot for use when entertaining.

We purchased our 2nd cuisinart and we are so.happy with our coffeemaker. It boils water for tea, soups and oatmeal. The coffeemaker has a filter for the water and is programmable. The thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot for a few hours. It's a great machine

This is a wonderful product, we love being able to have a pot of coffee and hot water for tea at the same time. Our issue with this or most coffee makers is the top fill as we have cabinets over our counter tops with outlets so we are moving the device to fill the water and coffee and then moving back and then moving again to clean the coffee grounds. If we did not have to move the device it would be the best appliance in the kitchen.

The coffee maker is great, and I love the hot water system as well. I really like the thermal carafe, which keeps my coffee warm well into the afternoon. Since it has a thermal carafe, it also shuts off right after brewing, so I don't have to think about that anymore and I would think that it saves energy.
