Awesome!!! Love the ability to make a full pot of coffee (more ounces per "cup" than my old 10 cup maker) AND make as many things that use hot water at the smae time. The hot water side heats up very quickly and better than boiling water, usually for too long and burning your mouth. Unless you enjoy doing that to yourself. We purchased it in December and use it everyday. Absolutely love it.

We have been using the Cuisinart coffeemaker with Hot water system for 5 months. The coffeemaker has been excellent and easy to use. However, the hot water system leaves an after taste, thus my wife no longer uses it. This taste may be normal, since daughter's unit has a similar taste & smell for plain hot water.. Nevertheless, I did clean the unit, but she still do care for that taste. I would have given 5 stars, but the hot water system did not satisfy my wife's taste buds.

I have always loved Cuisinart products. This is no exception. The only thing I would change is the way you put water in the maker. You have to use a funnel to keep the water from going into places you don't want it. Other than that, everything works beautifully!

I like everything about this coffeemaker. The only thing I don’t care for is that after about an hour, the coffee is not as hot as I would like it to be like when it first finishes brewing. Otherwise, a great coffeemaker and the side hot water feature makes heating up hot water for tea or cocoa works great!
