Love the coffee maker but I wish there was a way to turn off the loud beeping when the coffee is done brewing. I would be nice to have the coffee ready without waking up the whole house. Also, the carafe is a little awkward, we can't seem to pour from it without some dribbling down the side, it was never a problem with other coffee pots.

the coffee made was tasty, but not hot enough! The thermal carafe did not help, likely because the coffee wasn't very hot to start. I'm VERY VERY disappointed.

I love having the ability to get hot water for a cup of tea without making a spot for another appliance. This machine makes a great pot of coffee or just a cup or two. The carafe keeps the contents steaming hot for hours without keeping a burner using electricity and ruining the coffee. It's sleek and beautiful, too. We chose it because of its high rating with Consumer Reports, and they were right.

We have had several Cuisinart coffee makers but I think this one is the best so far. I really like the thermos that keeps the coffee fresh and hot. Really like the hot water heater that warms up quickly for whatever you need hot water for i. e. Hot tea or oatmeal, etc.

The coffee that the machine produces is very good. The hot water station on the side is perfect. The only disappointment is the lid to the coffee section. It has warped a little and does not close evenly. It does not prevent the machine from working, but aesthetically it is disappointing.

We truly love the coffee/hot water set up, but dislike the fact there’s no “on” or “ready “ light. I also don’t like the absence of a heating element to keep the coffee hot and it cools down faster than expected.
