So glad we ordered this coffee brewer. It doesn’t drip when pouring coffee like others we’ve had in the past. Only change I’d make: Wish the Brew/Off (light) was brighter & that the beeps when coffee on done was louder.

We are very disappointed in the thermal carafe that came with this coffee maker. The lid screws on a bit further than the opening, and it does NOT keep coffee hot but rather barely warm. We are consistently microwaving our coffee if pouring from the carafe after about 30 minutes of brewing.

Overall, we really like this coffee maker. It’s a distinct upgrade over our flat-basket model that we had for 10 years. This model makes terrific coffee and very quickly. The problem is that the water cannot possibly heat fully before it hits the grounds. While the settings suggest a lower temp, we set it to Xtra Hot for this reason- it seems to help brew an even better cup. Otherwise, we’re quite pleased!!

I've used it for about a month. I have to say that I much prefer the thermal carafe over the standard glass one I had in my old Mr Coffee. No burned coffee, easier to clean, and it does stay hot all morning. The coffee maker is simple to use, looks nice, and works well. Can't say that the coffee tastes like leagues better than other coffee brewers, but no complaints.

This coffee maker makes great coffee and is very easy to use. I love that it has a thermal carafe, which keeps the coffee nice and hot. My only complaint is that the carafe is difficult to clean. The opening is really too small for my hand to get inside. Really, about all you can do is rinse it out with hot water or soapy water.
