I bought this after doing an extensive and thorough search for a coffee maker. It's perfect. Coffee tastes excellent, every pot, every time. Nice and hot. Thermal carafe works great. Keeps coffee hot. Looks very nice on counter. Easy to clean.

I received this as a gift. I am switching from K-cup to whole bean coffee. The fact that my coffee connoisseur son chose this pot says a lot. The only complaint I have is that is spills when I pour the coffee. I believe that the carafe could keep the coffee hotter as well.

So far so good. coffee great but when I pour from my stainless steel carafe, I try to aim straight, but I get coffee dripping down the carafe. usually I only make 6 cups, so carafe is not that filled I cannot figure out why it drips that way.

The carafe is a dribble glass. This a warranty replacement. I had heard of the issue and my first one did not have it but do now.

We have used a Chemex for years but it takes a lot of time. This coffee maker has the exact same taste in only a few minutes. Greatest purchase! Being able to program it to be ready when you wake up is heaven!
