Great choice for coffee maker. We replaced a 10 cup for the 8 cup, and the thermal carafe is very efficient, coffee stays hot a long time and tastes fresh. The coffee taste is more flavorful, it reminds me of the french press taste, yet far easier to use.

This is just an OK coffee maker. Seems all posts that describe the coffee pot leaking are true. Somehow the lid going into the pot causes the coffee to pour down the side and create a mess every time you pour your coffee. I did call in the defect and they sent me a new coffee pot and lid. New set up works appropriately. Just a total pain for an expensive, new coffee maker.

Very robust, high quality machine and feels very sturdy. Brews coffee very quickly. Carafe pours very smoothly with no spilling. Our only drawback at this point is difficulty getting consistent full bodied flavor from the coffee.

Works fine. No different than a regular drip coffee maker as far as I can tell. Also, only has an 8 cup carafe. What I like best is how it looks. Would also be good if it had a dimmable display.
