I love everything about this coffee maker. the coffee is hot and delicious. It was easy to set up, and it looks great on the counter. Quite frankly, I can not find anything negative. Great product that does its' job with style.

Had regular cruisinart coffee brewer for many years, was getting old so did research and the pour over Brewers had better rating, after a month with the new one not sure there is any different, took a while to get new ratios of coffee to water to where it tasted good, value for money I think it is a good buy.

I recently received my new Cuisinart which replaced a Bonavita which only lasted 1.5 years.I am pleased with the Cuisinart so far...still experimenting with the brewing settings....I prefer the paper filter or the stainless steel filter for flavor.
