Very good coffee-easy to use and clean,
the "most important" of aspects of a good coffee maker.
Quite happy with that. However...
I find it annoying that the instructions instruct to unplug after
each use- if that is truly necessary spare the expense of putting a clock on the front
I can't imagine anyone looking forward to setting the clock with each use!!

It would be a 5 star but the carafe drips and spills EVERYTIME I use it... Come on Whats going on... I would take this back for a full refund If the box hadnt gotten wet. You should hang your heads in shame for making an other-wise good product bad.!!!!

Doesn’t matter how good the machine is if you can’t get a replacement carafe.

No Replacement Carafes

I’ve had this coffee maker for 6 years. I broke the glass carafe a few years later and bought a replacement. Now the replacement carafe is cracked and they do not sell replacements any more. Do not buy this product. If you accidentally break the carafe the whole brewer is useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have two issues with the machine. first, the display has become so faint as to be useless. It is almost impossible to see it. And, there is no warmer, so the coffee cools in the pot and I always have to warm my second cup of coffee in the microwave. It does make good coffee, but you need to drink it immediately, and don't rely on the faint display.

Terrific coffee, easy to clean, no room for improvement. Have owned 10 drip coffee
makers and this is the best! Pair it with a BURR GRINDER to get great coffee!
