No replacement pot!! Very DISAPPOINTING!

Our favorite coffee maker but there’s no replacement for a broken pot. The machine is still for sale on your website!! The coffee maker is now useless. It’d be a 4 plus rating otherwise. I’ll think twice before buying another cuisinart product.

Very good coffee-easy to use and clean, the "most important" of aspects of a good coffee maker. Quite happy with that. However... I find it annoying that the instructions instruct to unplug after each use- if that is truly necessary spare the expense of putting a clock on the front I can't imagine anyone looking forward to setting the clock with each use!! ...and pass it on to your consumers

It would be a 5 star but the carafe drips and spills EVERYTIME I use it... Come on Whats going on... I would take this back for a full refund If the box hadnt gotten wet. You should hang your heads in shame for making an other-wise good product bad.!!!!

I have two issues with the machine. first, the display has become so faint as to be useless. It is almost impossible to see it. And, there is no warmer, so the coffee cools in the pot and I always have to warm my second cup of coffee in the microwave. It does make good coffee, but you need to drink it immediately, and don't rely on the faint display.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great coffee maker till the carafe breaks and the morons dont make a replacement. I will never buy their products again as it's a waste of money
