I have used 1 of the 3 features. Sorbet. It is very good at making sorbet in 15 to 20 minutes, (after prepping whatever fresh fruit and simple syrup in a food processor). Simply made to a fluffy consistency of my choice. I have used it 4 times with consistent results. Keep the bowl in the deep freeze so it is always ready.

I've only used it once so far, so maybe it's just that I haven't gotten the hang of using it yet, but the one time I made ice cream, using one of the recipes from the booklet that came with it, it ran down over the sides of the machine and over the sides of the freezer bowl into the well of the machine itself. It was a mess to clean! I'm really hoping that when I try again I have better luck because otherwise, this will just be another one of those appliances that gets shoved into the back corners of a cabinet and never used. On the plus side, it did taste good after what was left in the machine was put in a container and frozen for a couple of hours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love it, my boyfriend wants me to make ice cream all the time. It tastes wonderful! Takes 4 or 5 minutes to mix ingredients and 30 minutes later ice cream!

Have had this for a little over a month, and have used it about 9 times. Everything i have made so far has turned out really good. Some reviews take issue with container that freezes the ice cream (not freezing or working after a few uses)... Mine takes about a day to freeze, and 20 minutes or so to churn. I have been careful to only use cold water when cleaning the freezer, and so far, so good! Only issue is the recipies have had a tendancy to over flow the container a bit, but nothing too bad. Great product!
