The machine is easy to use, easy to clean, and the recipes are good. I keep the cool container in the freezer for 24-48 hours prior to making the ice cream, but it never sets up hard enough to enjoy right away. It needs an overnight freeze to harden. The consistency when frozen well is very good!

So far we are very impressed. The recipes are very straightforward and operation is very easy. we went for this model over a more expensive models that had a timer, because we have oven timer microwave timer. It does a great job I would highly recommend it.
