This is an okay product. I have made about 10 different ice creams now, and they never freeze up quite enough to enjoy right away. They need to sit and in your freezer and set for a while. Also you really need to do your research on how to make the ice creams if you want them to be creamy and not icee.

The machine is easy to use, easy to clean, and the recipes are good. I keep the cool container in the freezer for 24-48 hours prior to making the ice cream, but it never sets up hard enough to enjoy right away. It needs an overnight freeze to harden. The consistency when frozen well is very good!
