First batch I tried to make did not freeze. I had left the insert in freezer for 24 hours, but that was not enough. 24 hours later, it worked great!

Didn't care for the recipe book so bought the Ben and Jerry book. Hav made at least 100 batches so far using whatever fruit is on sale; raspberry, strawberry, mango, blackberry, pineapple and others but my favorite is Ben's Chocolate.
