The cuisinart is a great way to get started on making your own ice cream at home. Make any flavor you want. Very easy to use and clean the best part is homemade ice cream. I make organic ice cream at half the cost .

Didn't care for the recipe book so bought the Ben and Jerry book. Hav made at least 100 batches so far using whatever fruit is on sale; raspberry, strawberry, mango, blackberry, pineapple and others but my favorite is Ben's Chocolate.
