Have had this for a month and have made chocolate, and two different recipes for peach and they have all been great! Only drawback is we need more freezer containers so we can keep more on hand!!

I bought this machine to replace a very old one i had . We have an abundant about of raspberries and I love making raspberry sherbet & sorbet. The machine was easy to use and was faster than i expected. The sherbet was so creamy and fluffy & ready to eat .Cleanup was also much easier than my old machine. Great product!

I Really Want to Like My Cool Creations, but...

I love making ice cream and in the microcosm of my family, I was famous for the very best peppermint ice cream in our universe, and then, my ice cream maker finally died the death of a faithful workhorse. My husband, the kitchen tool researcher, after many hours of reading, bought this little machine home. I can get used to storing the ice cream container in the freezer and only being able to make ice cream every 24 hours. I can get used to the idea that the machine itself has no freezer. I can even get used to the fact that you can only make 4-5 cups of ice cream per batch or you have a semi-solid mess oozing out of the top. What I believe is a true design flaw, however, is the cover. It clicks into two tiny indentions on either side of the top, but when you begin adding anything, it jiggles free and flops all over. If you don't hold it down until the machine is well underway, it doesn't stay down. It is irritating and can be messy. I feel guilty for not being sold on the Cool Creations because the reviews are really good and, more importantly, my husband worked so hard to find it in order to make me happy. Sigh. I'll keep trying to like it but I don't think I'll ever be sold on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had this product about a month, and have made several batches of ice cream. Once I got the hang of it, each batch came out perfectly. It is quiet (especially by ice cream maker standards), quick and very simple to operate. My only complaint is that it does not make the entire 2 quarts advertised.
