[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was replacing a 55" Plasma that suddenly died after 16 years of trouble-free of service. I didn't think anything could come close to the plasma picture. This new 65" OLED does come close. As I watched a Netflix movie in my dark man-cave the vivid colors just jumped out at me. I am happy with the product. I can overlook the slower refresh rate. (Its hard to follow a baseball jumping off a bat but that could be my old eyes) I would recommend this TV to lovers of movies and sporting events. The only issue I had was the time it took to setup with my home theater units.

There is no competition out there. The web os is smooth and functional and the speakers sound great for being TV speakers. The design of this TV has been thoroughly thought out and even when off or in gallery mode this TV is a pleasure to look at. If you're on the fence about buying an LG oled, do yourself a favor and grab one. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased mine March 1 2021, I am extremely happy with the tv. The picture is super clear, the menu is easy to use. The only unfortunate thing is that the oled panel burned out after 8 months, but lg warranty service did a great job and warranty is fixing it.
