[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an amazing experience! I wasn't expecting this to be easy but LG made it super easy. I had issue with my OLED 77" TV, I contacted LG support and within 3 days I had new panel delivered and installed.. Everything from repairman (btw. Henry from Triton plasma is the man!), to FedEx freight delivery and pickup , yes its a huge box, went smooth, and that's how you supposed to treat your customers. LG has a lifetime customer now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent picture. However, the tv is not fully compatible with Sonos sound system. Periodically, I am unable to change the volume using the remote. Tv tech told me a special cable may fix the problem. Have not yet installed special cable.
