[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and works great. Was not able to get xfinity beta version to work on LG. Used a Roku and was able to get xfinity beta to work great. So Roku xfinity worked but LG xfinity did not. I was planning on not using a roku but only way to get xfinity tv was to use Roku. I bought the LG with intentions to not needing any clap trap of extra equipment. Unfortunately the LG xfinity fell short.
With all that said we are very happy with the tv. We have had many compliments on the GX model and the picture gallery.

Beautiful picture and mounting system but glitchy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several months with this TV I have develops love hate relationship with it. The picture is stunning although frustratingly not always bright enough for daytime viewing. The thin bezels and low profile design are gorgeous. The smart tv functions and remote are fine. The set does unfortunately randomly reboot itself up to 3 or 4 times a day. A tech recently replaced the main CPU board but the problem still seems to still be present... very frustrating. Looks like there will need to be more service calls and uninstall/reinstall cycles.

The remote control has has every function needed, although it took me two weeks to figure them all out. The only downfall is that Goggle pops up on the screen several times a day when it was not accessed.

A gorgeous TV! But not perfect...

We bought this model because it offered a 4K picture and would have an LG soundbar connected. First off, the picture is drop dead beautiful, whether in 1080p or 4K (I honestly cannot say my 72 yr. old eyes can see the difference). We had the TV mounted professionally so as to hide all wiring on the wall, i.e., an "in-wall" install. This went OK, and I cannot fault LG for the problems we ran into, but know that we could not get the TV flush against the wall; pretty close, but not like they show in the video. Secondly, we are having issues with network connectivity. I purposely connected the TV by LAN cable (as opposed to WiFi) and it still gives us "disconnected/reconnected" messages at times. The remote is kind of cool, but it cannot control our satellite box, so we are still juggling remotes. Lastly, the "Gallery" feature is just awesome. It's the perfect thing to play when friends are over; they get classic art to look at instead of a big, black screen. On the whole would buy this TV again, but plan better for my cable management.
