I had heard the OLED by LG was quite good with the black contrast and the 4K beauty of the picture at 120 HZ for fast reaction to action. This has indeed been the case! So far we are really enjoying it and have paired it up with the SNY10 Sound Bar which adds another great dimension to our viewing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The image quality is outstanding and is a noticeable difference between the 4k QLED this one replaced. The menu system though is not very intuitive and I feel like I'm always searching the menus for the features I want to set. I also wish there was a way to disable the cable tv input - I can't figure out how to get the TV to boot up to the last service I used (youtube or prime video, for example). Maybe there's a setting but I can't find it in the menus. Any way, the picture makes up for that.

I do not like the sound quality compared to the last LG OLED as it seems to lack bass but we do appreciate that scene to scene sound levels seems to be controlled uniformly better. That is, no more low volume voices followed by screaming commercials. I appreciated that the TV came with a decent tip tilt wall bracket as I had to select the gallery model because the stand model wasn't available yet
