[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this tv for over a few months now and I cant stop watching movies, shows, and playing my xbox on it. Its easily the best purchase I have made even more so then my brand new Honda civic 2016 at the time. It upscales everything (and I mean everything to old movies and shows thanks to the next generation technology processor chip) so much so at first your eyes will not be used to it making me re-watch old movies as if they were just released a couple months ago, even if you had a 4k tv prior. The crystal clear quality is so upscaled it feels almost as if your going to fall into the tv and be teleported into what your watching. The black levels on this tv is so deep and enriched you CANNOT tell where the tv ends or begins when watching in a dark room or evenings with the screen showing the stars in the night sky or black objects. Reminds me of a black hole no light can escape it and seems like youll just keep falling into it, like my ex wife. Once you go OLED you'll never go back, playing video games on here with the new xbox series x is a perfect combo as the auto HDR and instant game response makes it feel completely next generation. The colors were initially to bright for me so I had to lower it on the settings. Also the sound on the tv is exptional, especially the Ai surround sound as it follows peoples voices around the screen and cars driving by adding depth into the already emersive experience but i bought a separate sound bar and woofer as no tv on the market can provide the same ammmount of bass as a woofer does. Other then that this tv continues to be the best purchase I have ever made and I am%100 guaranteed it will be for anyone that gets their hands on one. My only regret is not getting a bigger size as 65 inch is impressive but hey like they say size matters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my second LG OLED TV, moving up in size from 65 to 77, much heavier than the previous 65 inches so be careful with installation. much faster processor and motion blur is gone compare with my older LG OLED
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv about 3 months ago. From the moment it was delivered and hung on the wall , l was awed by the thinnest tv l have ever owned! We did run into one problem on hanging of the lgOLED77GXPUA tv is that we have a condo with metal studs with uneven spacing in the walls. And since the LG provided hanger won’t work and it won’t have that slick fixed to the wall effect look! We had to purchase a separate hanger to attach the tv to the wall and well it just not that close to the wall !! (LG flaw) But the picture is totally awesome !! We had a Samsung plasma tv that was hard to part with. But after getting this new LGOLED77GXPUA , it was well worth the upgrade . We have lots of bright windows and have no problem viewing during the day. The tv even changes to a hanging picture when not in use if you like!! There are so many features to the remote it took me a bit to get use to. (Senior generation ) This is my first LG tv coming from Samsung loyalty and I must say l love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this TV for a few weeks and I am still trying to play with all the settings. I love that there is so many settings to customize to anybody's liking. We placed this above our fireplace so the gallery feature really makes an impression. I've been a Samsung guy for a long time but, I think that's going to change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best TV I have ever owned. I have owned two Panasonic TV (2002 & 2013) and have loved the pure blacks and great color, the LG OLED technology is just a follow on to Plasma. I look at Sony OLED but I thought the LG had a better user interface. I also considered the Samsung QLED which can get very bright for rooms that get lot of light but can also get light bleed which distort the color and contrast. The GX has plenty of brightness, my room has 12 feet of windows on the north side, so plenty of light, GX handles it. I also liked all the LG picture management functions. The OLED GX is rated #1 by almost every technical analysis. Lastly I wanted to hang this TV flat against the wall, this GX is the only TV that can be placed absolutely flat. I installed with 2 helpers, If your handy go ahead if not get it installed by Best Buy’s. If you haven’t upgraded your TV for a long time, you will love this new technology. Make sure you upgrade your HDMI cables, believe me it matters ( 48 Gbits), even though lots of people say it doesn’t matter, it does.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this one month ago before Super Bowl. Had it professionally installed. Purchased the GX Soundbar too. I had a pro install so no comments on installation. I’d recommend getting a pro. They knew what they were doing. It probably would have taken us much longer.
First TV was defective. Day 2 the bottom of the screen started mirroring images and had a line. We had to take it off the wall. Find another tv. Return and rehang. Very disappointing.
We loved the picture, sound, everything! It looks amazing on the wall. However 2 weeks in and we have the GX soundbar now losing EARC randomly, which requires (after a ton of google work), unplugging power and Unplugging HDMI’s. Then you hope and pray it all reconnects.
Sounds like not too big of a deal, but I will say this TV/Mount system is not set up to be going behind the TV often. I’m almost 4 weeks in. I’ve had to do this 4 times. It’s a very expensive TV and soundbar combo and this is the first tv I’ve owned that is this buggy. Yet it is by FAR the most expensive.
Sounds like a tough review but I’m on my second TV and everyone knows “Murphy’s law”.... every time the soundbar goes out.... it is always the worst timing to take 30 minutes to get behind it. Fix it. Then push it back to the wall. Do not underestimate pulling out TV and getting it all tucked back into the perfect spot (level). I hope LG figures out a fix because we simply love the idea of this TV and design. Just for the price, I shouldn’t have to be constantly behind the thing to get it to work.
