[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV picture quality is amazing, I don't have any complaints. I wish the mount would lay flush on the wall a bit better though, the edges of the TV are slightly lifted away from the wall as though it isn't fully retracting when pushed in.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing tv, picture quality is impeccable, u can actually see a lot of details in videos, u feel like you are watching things for the first time even if you have watched them before as picture quality is so detailed, only thing is this tv can only be hanged and does not come with stand, if you are looking for one to be placed on tv table go with CX model. Overall a great OLED tv which makes your experience of watching videos great, worth the investment.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this OLED TV is fabulous, but I have found the operating system cumbersome. The inventory of streaming apps was also limited. I added a cheap Roku stick and problem solved!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having the TV for a few weeks and tweaking the settings to make it look natural. My biggest disappointment with the TV is the dimples on the right and left side of the screen. There are five dimples on each side. They are noticeable when the TV is off and visible from different angles and when viewing movies/shows with dark edges. Whatever is behind the front screen appears to be where the problem is located. Sharpness: I had to reduce the sharpness because it was creating too much noise in the image. Some setting you will see people's faces looking weird overly sharp. Since cable broadcasting is not transmitted at 4K, the picture quality is not as clear and sharp. Picture Quality: The picture you see in the showroom is not what you get at home from your cable provider. I tried all the picture presets and some were not to my liking. I ended up with the standard preset and I tweaked the setting in there. If you get up close to the TV you will see some blurriness in the picture. Cable Management: The cable management to hold the cables in place is a bit flimsy. I had to secure the cables with tape. Having a third area that holds cables when they curve would be very helpful.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv a month ago. The picture is nice. It comes with free LG channels. The only problem is the channels stop working constantly and I have to turn them off in settings and turn them back on again in order to get them to work. This causes any favorites I set to be lost. Also every commercial starts with terrible video quality for the first thirty seconds before the tv adjusts the quality.
You can set it up to control your lights which is nice. However if you say turn lights off while watching a video in YouTube it will search for a video called turn lights off so you have to go to the main screen for it to work which is annoying.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is everything they say it is and more, I use it with PS5 and streaming apps, and the difference is palpable.
