I love it! I cook everything on it. My only complaint is the sear feature doesn't get hot enough or stay on long enough. But I suppose you need a lot mor power for that and more power comes with a higher cost. All in all I love it. I do every kind of meat and poultry imaginable on it. Super easy clean up. (I love that about it)

We almost never use the oven any more. Cooks evenly and fast with minimal use of oil on the smooth sides, and drains off excess fat using the grill sides. With teens in the house, the ease of this grill is a godsend.

I use this griddler quite often. Its wonderful for grilled hamburgers as well as other meats and big enough that I can do three or four depending on size of pattiesis. It is faster and less spatter than using the stove. It is great that you can raise or lower the height of the lid as needed. I like how easy it is to clean as the plates are removable.

I have had this griddler for a few months and so far am extremely happy. I wish you could add the waffle grills and eliminate a second product. The unit is very big and quite heavy. I would probably prefer the smaller size griddler
