The Griddler is probably the best piece of kitchen equipment I’ve ever had!!! Its ability for the top to open flat is fantastic. Twice the cooking space but can close back up to its original position and not take up so much room. I really love the searing feature. I use the Griddler several times a week. I wished I could found it long ago. I have always been big fan of Cuisinart products.

Cuisinart was quick to replace our unit that stopped working. However, it was just over a year old and maybe used 7-8 times. I hope this replacement unit works better, or else I'll find a new brand.

This Griddler Deluxe replaced an older model that my husband and I enjoyed for many years. The new Griddler Deluxe doesnt disappoint and works very well with everything Ive thrown at it including hamburgers, hot dogs, and grilled sandwiches and vegetables. The cleanup is very easy, and we are very happy with our Griddler Deluxe.

Everything is ok but there is one thing that should be changed. Cleaning/Scraping tool is good for cold surface only. I cut out same Cleaning/Scraping tool for hot surface from old turner. Now i can remove any leftovers from hot cooking plate before cook other food.

Used it for a few months now, really like it! Have made burgers, sausages, grilled veggies, steaks and got the non-cuisinart manufactured waffle plates (don't know why they don't make them, wish they did) so also made waffles. Sometimes the liquid/fat excess doesn't all end up in the gathering container, but usually the leak is fairly small and easily remedied by putting the griddler on something I can toss like a paper towel. Wish the power cord was longer. Despite these (in my view) minor annoyances, quite happy with this!

overall a good buy- only issue is sometimes the warming plates get hung up when released or the clips need to be reset when re-installing them. otherwise - it cooks evenly and the food is prepared well - we use it everyday.

Great! I mainly got it for grilling steaks, put a cover over the stove and use the vent hood---fresh grilled steak in under 10 minutes including cool down during half time priceless! obviously everything else is assume too!
