We literally use this every single day! It takes a sandwich to a whole new level. The floating top is amazing and the fact that it opens up flat for pancakes is a bonus! With the reversible plates and grease drainage system, even frying food like bacon and burgers is easy. The clean up could not be easier!

Great little kitchen tool. Instead of frying with grease all over stove, I close the lids and both sides cook at once. All the juice and grease go in the little container and can be emptied easily.

Its a great device. I would of given it 5 stars, but when the top is not fixed (released to accommodate the food below) and you open the top it drips outside of the drip pan. Not a big deal usually. I love the dual mode function. It is is larger than I expected, but that mean more cooking area, right!? Overall it is an upgrade to my previous indoor grill and I really like it.

I absolutely love it I would have gave it a 5 star but the back or the top griddle it seems not to stay tight in the oil does no dripped in the oil Pan like it should. But I would recommend the griddle

Love this product. Cooks very quickly and places grill lines on what you are cooking. Excess fat poors onto the drip tray. Is a great alternative to going outside to use the grill.Use it about 4 times a week.
