Doesn’t seem to brown pancakes, French toast etc the way I am used to with my old electric griddle. I will give it a while but not crazy about it so far, kind of heavyweight...

Most versatile griddle I have ever owned. I need no other utensils because this works as two independent cook tops. I could give so many examples how many ways to use this griddle but discovering it’s uses is part of the fun. Clean up is way too easy!

This is my second Griddler. It’s an upgrade over the older and smaller one. I use it every day to make toast for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. I love how I can ratchet up the top grill and suspend it over bread or meat to melt cheese without touching it. It cooks awesome burgers, hotdogs, steaks, chicken tenders and panini sandwiches. I even make crispy tacos in my Griddler. It’s my “can’t live without” small kitchen appliance.

Sear means sear. Like this very much. Heats up quickly. Does its job. Works for even thicker cuts of meat. Seems to heat more evenly than my old different brand countertop grill. When it is 116 or hotter here, it is nice to be able to grill indoors.

Works great! Burgers, steaks, and Chicken breast come out sooo good. The sear feature works good, top and bottom temperature control are nice to have, plus the ability to set the top to different lowered positions really helps. Wish it had a timer but that's a very small complaint.
