Problem

Good afternoon. I have a problem with autonomy. With a new battery, they run out in 3 days. None of the above helps. What should I do? Send me a patch so that you can work with the watch normally. Firmware does not help

Fantastic features. Only one flaw I have found

I purchased a while back. But need up getting a Fenix. After so long I wanted to go back to solar. The watch having sat for a while. Now the watch randomly shuts down. Usually during activities.
The bigger let down really is I could not get support from Garmin. Or advise on the best way to resolve this matter.

My watch switches off constantly

I bought this watch thinking I would get at least five years out of it maybe more. How wrong was I, it is just over two years old and switches off at random with a full battery and when I try to log a cycle or any activity, it just turns off. I am taking part in the Hellenic mountain race soon and it was going to be my timepiece and backup (to my edge) for my vitals, it is unfortunately useless. I am not the only one to have this problem, it seems to happen to the full range of Garmin watches. Buyers be aware, do your product research.

After some updates the autonomy sharply decreased

I really enjoyed having the watch with excellent quality and autonomy; nevertheless the battery just doesn't work as it should be ... I used to work several days with different sports: Running, bike, trail, hiking, walk and it really used to work for around 10 days ... now, it just doesn't work, after a training session it just power off or frozen screen.

I have an issue with my Garmin switching itself off mid activity which is so annoying, it’s fully charged, updated and I’ve checked all settings

3rd Watch same problems.

This is my third warranty watch from Garmin but it's having the same issues as the others did. This watch will work fine without any issues but then just start powering down all of a sudden whenever you try to record an activity with GPS. I've tried everything from doing resets to clearing cases to doing factory resets and none of it seems to fix the issue I was told when I warrantied to watch the first two times that the issues I was having were fixed but that doesn't seem to be the case. All of the watches and devices seem to be a race to see how much and how many features they can pack into a device instead of making the features that are on the device function properly.

Alright sport watch

I've had it for a few years now, it's a decent watch for everyday use, but when it comes to charging, the cable doesn't always connect to the watch.
