Its been 2 years since I got my Instinct Solar

Well, I've had my Instinct Solar for 2 years now and if I lost it I would immediately replace it with the same model. I really like the Connect app and recently after my doctor prescribed a new medicine I noticed that my resting heart rate had dropped. I was able to report that to the doctor and he was able to identify the problem and adjust my prescription. At 73 I appreciate that my Garmin watch helps me monitor my health.

The GPS for running is great. Keep me motivated.

I’ve had the watch a couple of weeks, use it for texts, calls all the time.
The weather and sunrise sunset features help for work.
The app keeps me motivated to do more and earn badges.
The GPS for running and walking are top notch.
Can’t wait to use the explore feature.

Great piece of equipment!

Love my instinct, only kinda problems that I have are if I leave in battery saver mode it will revert to normal mode at night. Either I hit buttons or it does automatically. Chatted with support and they said it doesn't do "automatically revert" . Tried key lock didn't stop it either. I prefer to leave in battery saver mode until I need to work out . Also wish solar chargeing worked inside, because only times it works for me is once in awhile I deliver equipment to our other offices or techs in the field so I'm driving or outside for the three hours needed. I like Garmin solar so much I'm saving up for Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire Solar . Hopefully last watch I'll ever buy ,because there expensive.

Solid watch, with lots of features, bought it used and it has held up well. While also tracking sleep and heart rate to a tee.

Bad battery hold

Had my watch for a year and it’s already broke, won’t hold charge and will not work on any activities just switches it’s self off, very disappointing for a year after the money paid ……..

A Happy Purchase

I purchased the watch about a month ago and I am happy I chose the Instinct Solar. The buttons take some getting use to because my last watches were Vivo Actives. I decided to go for something that can take the bumps. I have only had to plug it in to charge once. And I love the color—red!

Looong life battery!

I purchased the instinct solar watch about 3 weeks ago to replace an Apple watch whose battery life was not as good as I had hoped. The Instinct battery life is incredibly long, typically 25 days without a lot of sun exposure and even longer in the sun, even with GPS on and battery saver mode off! Just what I was looking for to replace the 2 day life of my Apple watch Series 6. We'll done Garmin!
