Worth every penny

I have always been torn between the look of my Casio and the functionality/usefulness of my Fitbit. Decided to try this puppy out to remedy the issue. This watch is absolutely amazing. As the title suggests, worth every penny.

Solar Instinct - Backpacking / Running

My Apple iWatch finally needed replaced after about 4 years of use. The battery stopped holding a charge and would only make it a few hours a day. After doing some looking online for about a month I settled on the Solar Instinct, for what I do out in the western US , fly fishing, back packing , off-roading , etc this watch sounded like it would be the right fit. And the user feedback on the forums seemed to fit that perspective as well.
Lets just say I'm glad I picked this up, its phenomenal and it accurately records GPS data for running ( also critical for me ) and hiking.

The Instinct Solar is feature packed, and has excellent build quality. The customization options are numerous, which give me the option to set up the watch specifically for my needs.

Slick little unit!!

I bought the Instinct Solar to Pair with my Alpha 100 and Pro 550 Plus so I can more easily follow my dogs while hunting and it does a fabulous job of that. It was so easy to check my wrist when the watch vibrated to alert me to a pointed bird. It's also nice for tracking my own health stats like steps, heart rate, etc. The only thing that stops me from giving it a full 5 stars is the font is too small for my old eyes with no way adjusting it. That would have secured the final star. I hope your product development team reads these reviews and makes the changes necessary to manually change font size.

I find it a little combersome at times to flip thru the menus. I am used to a color screen and am sorry I did not spring for the Fenix so I could have it. All in all it works fine.
