Everything you need for working out!

This watch does everything from heart rate to oxygen uptake. You can measure distances, times, record courses, or plot points. It can be a compass or tell altitude. It can run on solar or run up to 40 days as a normal watch. There are dozens of different sports listed from walking to swimming. A great watch! I purchased the GPS model.

I've just used for a month & definetly was a really good choice! I've been used an Apple Watch before, but the quality, life battery and functions are the coolest! And pretty easy to use! Just what i was looking for! A watch which give the basics and more than that, notifications, alerts, compass, trackback, trainings and lots more. Happy with Instinct Solar

Rivals my g-shock but with better tech

Longest battery by far of any smart watch I've owned, limited info on each screen but it's very easy to modify to fields I want. The best part about this watch is how functional and rugged it is; every feature is executed well. The 245 is durable and a little more fun/customizable but I end up putting the Instinct on everyday. Wife now has the 245 and loves it.

This watch first of all feels so light, I forget I'm even wearing it.
It does everything I need it to do and battery life is amazing!!! if your looking for a watch that is sport/rugged looking. This is the one.

Great watch if looking for a minimal type smart watch. No touch screen or color face but loaded with features. Battery lasts an insane amount of days. Switch from a Samsung watch where I would get a day or maybe 2 on a charge and it was only 1.5 years old. Garmin has battery life figured out!
